JPDCL MD Srikant Suse Inspects 24×7 Call Center Operations in Jammu

JPDCL Sh Srikant Balasaheb suse today visited 24×7 Call Center of JPDCL in IT&C Div Jammu .He was informed that this call center was established to attend public grievances regarding power breakdowns and other issues related to installation of smart meters .

He was informed by Er Vinod Sharma Xen IT that call center has capacity to attend ten consumers at a time but there is a need to upgrade its capacity so that no consumer is left unattended. He was accompanied by Mr Surjeet Singh, Technical Officer to MD.
