In a continued effort to provide relief and restore connectivity in the disaster-struck Chisoti Village of Kishtwar, the Indian Army’s White Knight Corps has intensified rescue operations. Engineer Bridging Teams equipped with essential machinery have begun the construction of a temporary bridge over the Chisoti Nala.
The bridge aims to reconnect cut-off areas, enabling faster evacuation and smoother movement of rescue personnel and resources. This strategic step is being carried out in close coordination with civil agencies to maximise the impact of relief efforts.
