Jammu, August 31, 2025 – The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) has announced that all government and private schools across the Jammu Division will remain closed on September 1, 2025, as a precautionary measure in view of the prevailing adverse weather conditions.
The order was issued late Sunday evening, emphasizing the need to ensure the safety of students, teachers, and staff amid the ongoing weather disturbance. Authorities have urged residents to remain cautious and avoid unnecessary travel in vulnerable areas.
Parents and students have been advised to stay updated through official channels for further announcements regarding reopening.
