Pakistani National Shot in Leg, Held by BSF After Aggressive Border Crossing in Kathua

In a swift response to a potential infiltration attempt, Border Security Force (BSF) troops in Kathua district, Jammu, intercepted a Pakistani national who had crossed the International Boundary and moved aggressively towards the border fence on Saturday evening. According to officials, the suspect ignored multiple verbal warnings by the alert BSF personnel. Perceiving an imminent threat, the troops fired at his legs to stop his advance. The intruder was subsequently apprehended and provided medical attention before being taken into custody.
