The Indian Army has deployed its advanced Robotic Mule, officially known as the Multi-Utility Legged Equipment (MULE), along the Line of Control (LoC) in Sunderbani, Jammu & Kashmir. This state-of-the-art unmanned transport system is designed to navigate rugged and hostile terrain, carrying essential supplies, ammunition, and equipment to support troops in forward areas. MULE can operate in diverse weather conditions, reducing the physical burden on soldiers and enhancing operational efficiency. Apart from logistical roles, it can also be adapted for surveillance and reconnaissance missions, making it a versatile asset for modern warfare. The deployment reflects the Indian Army’s push towards technology-driven defence solutions to strengthen national security. By integrating robotics into frontline operations, the force aims to improve response time, endurance, and safety for troops guarding the nation’s borders.
