Areas likely to be affected include Jammu, Kathua, Rajouri, Reasi, Doda, Ramban, Kishtwar, Samba, and Udhampur between 4 AM and 11 AM. Officials have warned of possible cloudbursts, flash floods, and landslides in vulnerable areas, urging residents to remain vigilant and avoid venturing near rivers, nallahs, and hilly slopes. The administration has placed disaster response teams on high alert to tackle any emergencies. Citizens are advised to dial 112 for immediate help in case of emergencies. Authorities have also appealed for community cooperation to ensure public safety.
