The Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST) in Jammu has been heavily affected by rising floodwaters, with several parts of the campus submerged. Continuous rainfall over the past 24 hours has worsened the situation, leading to waterlogging and disruption of normal activities. In response, the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) has been pressed into service, conducting rescue operations to protect students, faculty, and essential university infrastructure.
