Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today visited Jammu Medical College to meet those injured in the devastating cloudburst and flash floods at Chishoti village in Kishtwar district. He was accompanied by Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha and Union Minister of State Dr. Jitendra Singh. During the visit, the Defence Minister interacted with the injured patients, enquired about their medical treatment, and prayed for their speedy recovery. He assured that all necessary assistance will be extended for proper care, rehabilitation, and relief measures. The visit reflects the Centre’s solidarity with the affected families and its commitment to stand firmly with the people of Jammu and Kashmir in the face of natural calamities.
