Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Dr. Rakesh Minhas, has assured residents of smoother and safer traffic flow across Jammu within the next seven days. While chairing a review, he directed urgent measures to reduce congestion and streamline vehicular movement, with special focus on Kunjwani, Satwari, and Narwal-Kunjwani junctions — the city’s most critical traffic bottlenecks. The DC emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts by traffic police, municipal authorities, and road agencies to ensure commuter convenience and safety. He further instructed officials to deploy adequate manpower and resources for swift action. Dr. Minhas reiterated that restoring smooth traffic flow remains a top administrative priority, promising quick relief for daily commuters.
