BSF Recruitment Test in Jammu Postponed Due to Heavy Rains & Red Alert

Owing to relentless heavy rainfall and subsequent waterlogging in Jammu, the Border Security Force (BSF) has postponed its scheduled recruitment test at Paloura Camp. The test, initially slated for 2nd September 2025, will now be conducted on 10th September 2025 (Reserve Day).Officials stated that the decision was taken in view of the red alert issued for the region and to ensure the safety and convenience of aspiring candidates. Those who had already reported at the centre were promptly informed about the rescheduling.Authorities further advised candidates to stay updated through official BSF communication channels and to make necessary travel adjustments. The BSF assured that all arrangements will be in place on the new date to conduct the recruitment smoothly. This step reflects BSF’s commitment to prioritizing the well-being of candidates during adverse weather conditions.
