Boulder Falls on Army Convoy Vehicle in Ladakh; Recovery Ops Underway

On July 29, around 1130 hrs, a boulder from a cliff struck one of the vehicles in a military convoy in Ladakh. The incident occurred while the convoy was navigating mountainous terrain. The Fire and Fury Corps of the Indian Army confirmed the mishap and stated that recovery operations are currently underway. There is no official confirmation yet on injuries or casualties.
